Omega Builders Earns 2026 Silver National Housing Quality Award (NHQA) We’re proud to share that Omega Builders has earned the Silver National Housing Quality Award (NHQA) for 2026, a nationally recognized honor sponsored by Pro Builder that evaluates operational excellence across an entire homebuilding organization. The NHQA process is intentionally rigorous. It begins with a demanding application (114 questions across eight operational categories) and requires builders to clearly articulate how they operate in a concise submission. Applications are reviewed by previous Gold recipients, and for 2026, only four builders nationwide were selected for site visits. We were honored to be one of them. The site visit included multi-day evaluations with leadership, team members, and trade partners, along with jobsite and model home reviews. The feedback we received will help guide our continued focus on strong systems, accountability, and continuous improvement. This recognition reflects the dedication of our team and the partners who support us every day. We’re proud of the work that brought us here and even more focused on what comes next. We're proud to celebrate our HR Manager, Anna Musulin, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, who served as Board President of CenTex SHRM in 2025! Anna has been with Omega since 2018 and holds certifications from both HRCI and SHRM. During the past year, CenTex SHRM achieved remarkable milestones! They launched the chapter's first new member orientation program, implemented Lifetime Membership for Past Presidents, and established Certification Scholarships for individuals passing the SHRM PHR or SPHR exams. Through the Spirit of Thanksgiving fundraiser, the board provided meals to families and a donation to Operation Feed Temple, while also ranking in the Top 5 chapters for SHRM Foundation contributions in the Southwest Central Region. The board expanded professional development opportunities by awarding three scholarships, adding free virtual education for members with continuing education credit, among other valuable initiatives. CenTex SHRM not only earned the Excel Platinum Award for advancing the HR profession, but they were also awarded SHRM's inaugural Impact Award for the CenTex Roadshow—a community initiative that delivered HR education through bilingual HR 101 sessions and career readiness workshops. Selected as one of only 10 winners from 110 submissions nationwide, the Roadshow exemplified the chapter's dedication to community impact! This month, our Media and Design Manager, Ashley Robustelli, served as an industry judge at the Marketing Strategy Senior Showcase hosted by Mays Business School - Texas A&M University. Students presented semester-long capstone projects, received feedback from faculty and industry experts, and top teams were awarded scholarships.
