PAM Health Oklahoma City at the Oklahoma Safety Council Conference & Expo The Oklahoma Safety Council Conference & Expo is a premier statewide event that brings together safety leaders, risk managers, HR professionals, and workers' compensation stakeholders dedicated to advancing workplace safety, injury prevention, and recovery. PAM Health was honored to participate in this outstanding event not only as an exhibitor but also as a sponsor of the highly attended and much-anticipated Workers' Compensation Program Panel. The conference featured valuable educational sessions focused on regulatory compliance, hazard mitigation, injury management, and emerging trends in the emergency preparedness and workplace safety, along with an expo showcasing innovative products and services that support safer work environments. The collaboration between PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Oklahoma City, PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa and PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tulsa made this event especially meaningful. With a strong background in healthcare leadership, Mary brings a results-driven approach that prioritizes quality outcomes while ensuring a supportive and respectful patient experience. Mary leads with compassion, fostering an environment where patients and families feel valued and supported throughout their healthcare journey. She is passionate about empowering her team to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a culture grounded in empathy and respect. Committed to excellence, Mary focuses on improving patient flow, care coordination, andinterdisciplinary collaboration. She encourages innovation and critical thinking to navigate complex healthcare challenges and drive meaningful results. Mary exemplifies accountability and teamwork by building strong relationships across disciplines, promoting open communication, and developing high-performing teams dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for patients. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, supporting their school activities and sports. April 28 of every year is World Day for Safety and Health at Work, organized by the International Labour Organization to promote the importance of health and safety and the prevention of accidents in all types of workplaces. Although preventing injuries is key, when accidents happen, we are here to help with our comprehensive Worker’s Compensation Program. Our interdisciplinary team of workers’ comp program directors, therapists, doctors, and other specialists prioritize getting injured workers the care they need, when they need it. Our programs not only help patients recover from work-related injuries but also help them plan for life after discharge from our hospital, from return-to-work plans and strategies to prevent re-injury.
