Paul Hastings advised Iron Dome Acquisition I Corp., a SPAC focused on the cybersecurity, defense tech, AI and data infrastructure industries, on its $150 million initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, with each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one half of one redeemable warrant of the company. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the company expects that its Class A ordinary shares and warrants will be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols IDAC and IDACW, respectively. The offering is expected to close on May 18, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Brandon Bortner, Gil Savir and Ryan Brewer led the team, which included Jiajun Lu.
