Last week, the Business Planning & Analysis teams supporting Electric & Gas Operations across Pepco Holdings came together for our Q3 All Hands. We took time to celebrate our progress, align on future goals, and strengthen our collaboration heading into the remainder of 2025 and beyond. To kick off the day, we partnered with the Food Bank of Delaware for a volunteer event and made over 300 PB&J sandwiches for families served by their Newark pantry. It was a fun, hands-on way to give back to the communities we serve, and a great reminder of the impact we can make together. #TeamPHI #CommunityImpact
