It’s clear that the big ol’ software conversion threw a wrench into things, so without further ado, we are excited to spotlight two individuals who were absolute rockstars in their roles: Brian L. and Ray R.! Brian took on a job that had little to no set of directions from our customer and flawlessly launched it. Having to understand and figure out what the customer truly wanted, Brian was able to create and hand over outstanding work, much to the customer’s delight. In a line of work where it is hard to please the customer, Brian received "kudos" directly from the customer for keeping our satisfaction rating high! Ray was chosen to spearhead a very complex project to assist one of our sister companies. He stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park! With the ability to wrap his head around complex engineering processes, coupled with his dependability and attention to detail and accuracy, Ray hit a home run for both PVC and one of our Dycom business partners.
