  • Last week’s ribbon cutting in Charlestown, IN was a big moment and our team showed up in full force to celebrate the impact of this work! We were proud to have our Indiana and Louisville teams on site, including Project Manager Jim Hagerty, with leaders Mike Harris and Kurt Bergman there to support this important milestone. Our team stood alongside Construction Inspector Chester Trowel, City of Charlestown Mayor Dr. Treva Hodges, and our architecture and subcontractor partners, including Michelle Howlett (Magna Engineers), Cameron Jones (Benton Engineering), and Heather Graninger and Kyle Wilson (TowerPinkster), to celebrate this investment in the community’s future. This project represents more than upgraded infrastructure; it reflects forward-thinking design, long-term planning, and a commitment to protecting water quality for our communities while supporting growth. A huge thank you to our amazing Wastewater Team for the expertise and dedication that brought this project to life. This is exactly what making everything around us better looks like — protecting water quality, supporting growth, and delivering infrastructure communities can rely on for decades! #PRIMEAE #Infrastructure #WaterInfrastructure #Wastewater #Engineering #Indiana #CharlestownIN

  • PRIME AE is where planning meets design and complex roadway intersections come to life. Behind every roadway is a coordinated effort of planning, analysis, and design that brings critical infrastructure together to support growing communities. Across Indiana, our teams are delivering projects that improve connectivity, enhance safety, and support long-term development by aligning multiple disciplines, agencies, and stakeholders from day one. Two recent projects highlight how this work comes together in practice: 🛣️ Camp Run Parkway Extension | Sellersburg, IN This project created a critical new connection between SR 60 and CR 311, improving access, mobility, and supporting future development in the area. 🔹 New corridor connection enhancing regional traffic flow 🔹 Coordinated with concurrent INDOT project at key tie-in point 🔹 Utility relocations managed within a constrained corridor 🔹 Designed to minimize impacts to surrounding properties 🛣️ Veterans Parkway – Phase 2 | Jeffersonville, IN This project advanced the widening and modernization of Veterans Parkway and Holmans Lane, improving safety, capacity, and multimodal access across a heavily traveled corridor. 🔹 0.71 miles of five-lane urban roadway with a two-way left-turn lane and bike lanes 🔹 1.0 mile of three-lane roadway improvements along Holmans Lane 🔹 New traffic signal at Peach Blossom Drive and modernization of existing signal 🔹 Improvements extended to Charlestown Pike and surrounding network 🔹 Right-of-way acquisition from 82 properties These projects went far beyond building new roadways. The work included storm sewer and drainage systems, roundabout and signal design, water utilities, ADA-accessible sidewalks and curb ramps, modular retaining walls, decorative lighting, and underground utility conduits to support long-term functionality and community needs. From survey and design through construction administration, teams worked together as One PRIME, bringing cross-disciplinary expertise and collaboration to every phase. By aligning across agencies, utilities, and stakeholders, every moving piece came together to deliver seamless results on schedule and within budget. At PRIME AE, we make everything around us better, together.

  • 🏁 Re-Envisioning Main Street | Madison, IN – Project Complete! What began last year as a groundbreaking milestone is now a fully realized transformation in downtown Madison. The Re-Envisioning Main Street Project is officially complete, delivering meaningful improvements to safety, accessibility, and the overall downtown experience. This phase included milling and paving, ADA-accessible sidewalk upgrades, storm drain repairs, and new pedestrian safety bump-outs at Elm, Vine, and Broadway Streets. As part of a larger multi-year initiative, the project modernizes critical infrastructure while preserving the historic character that defines Madison’s downtown. From planning and design to survey, permitting, and construction administration, our Indiana and Kentucky teams supported every phase of the project. Now complete, the results speak for themselves. We’re proud to share photos that highlight the impact of this work and how it’s helping strengthen community connections. At PRIME AE, we’re proud to support projects that make everything around us better. 💪 #Infrastructure #CommunityImpact #MadisonIN #PRIMEAE

  • 🌎✨ Earth Day 2026 | Kicking Off Our First Day of Service! Our Columbus team marked Earth Day by launching the first PRIME AE Day of Service of the year at Sharon Woods Metro Park. 💪🌱 Public spaces matter, and Earth Day is about showing up for the places we all rely on. As a firm that helps design and shape these environments, we also take responsibility for caring for them—and this team did exactly that, helping keep a local park clean, welcoming, and cared for. A big thank you to everyone who participated: Monica Fannin, Bryan Lundgren, Elise Cole, Wes Davis, Isaiah Larrabee, RRC, Eric Abbington, Yen Dinh, Craig Vander Veen, Erin Baumann, EI, Alec LaScola, and Philip Dishon. 🏆 Special shoutout to Isaiah Larrabee for collecting the most trash! Because making everything around us better starts with showing up—for our communities, our environment, and each other. #EarthDay2026 #DayOfService #OnePRIME #CommunityImpact #ColumbusOH #Sustainability
