When Kevin graduated from nursing school, he had eight offers on the table. He confidently chose to do his residency at Providence for two main reasons: the culture and the full-year structure of the program—and he couldn’t have found a better fit!🩺 From day one, he described the camaraderie and support he felt from his unit as “invaluable in a team environment.” The learning opportunities through the RN Residency Program helped him map out a five-year plan to move from acute care to the neurocritical care unit—where his true passion lies. Every day, he feels connected to the Mission and supported in reaching his career goals.
