Spreading #GoodEnergy in Farmington⚡ PNM, in partnership with San Juan College and the Navajo Nation, proudly honored 15 graduates of the Navajo Workforce Training Scholarship Program in Farmington. These students are choosing to build their futures at home - learning, leading, and strengthening their communities. Keynote Speaker Crystalynne Curley, Speaker of the 25th Navajo Nation Council, shared a powerful reminder: when PNM succeeds, the Navajo Nation succeeds - and when the Nation succeeds, we all succeed. Launched in 2013, PNM has committed over $1.5 million in scholarships to San Juan College and Navajo Technical University, supporting more than 350 graduates. This is what collaboration looks like - creating pathways, expanding opportunities, and proving that representation truly matters. #PoweringNewMexicoTogether #GoodEnergy

Spreading #GoodEnergy in Deming! Our crew had a great time connecting with students at Red Mountain Middle School’s Career Exploration Fair! We shared what it’s like to build a rewarding career in the electric utility industry, gave a hands-on look at the safety gear linemen rely on every day, and even let students try it on for themselves. Thank you to Deming Public Schools for letting us be a part of this inspiring event! ⚡ #GoodEnergy #PoweringNewMexicoTogether

During Economic Development Week (May 4–8), PNM was proud to reflect on the impact of our work supporting New Mexico’s growth and prosperity. Our Economic Development team, consisting of economic development specialists Antonio Granillo and Grant Taylor, is committed to strengthening communities across the state – from securing projects totaling nearly 400 MW of new load to launching innovative programs like our Manufacturing Facility Glow-Up, which helps customers save on energy costs and reinvest in their operations (see the MFG link in the comments). Economic Development is a team effort, and we’re honored to work alongside partners – both internal and external – to create jobs, support businesses, and power opportunity in New Mexico. #EconDevWeek #GoodEnergy #PoweringNewMexicoTogether
