What might the future of energy and data infrastructure in homebuilding look like? PulteGroup's Procurement team is asking the right questions and thoughtfully exploring new technologies to better understand what could come next. Reflecting that mindset, we are currently evaluating SPAN XFRA technology, which could support future energy and data infrastructure needs by leveraging existing electrical capacity within neighborhoods. At this time, this remains a very limited early-stage pilot in a single model home in Northern California to better understand how it performs in a residential setting and explore its potential future applications. There are no plans for broader deployment until we learn more. Like many innovative efforts, the goal is to learn, evaluate possibilities, and better understand what could make sense for the future of homebuilding and PulteGroup.
