We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Director of Landscape Operations. This position oversees and manages the Landscape Department with over 45 staff members, an annual budget exceeding $3 million, as well as all programs, horticultural practices, equipment, and facilities. The Director is also responsible for the overall appearance and upkeep of the POA community’s common landscapes and member homes. We are proud to share the success of the Quail Ridge Anna Leigh Waters Charity Pickleball Exhibition benefiting Alzheimer's Community Care. With HUNDREDS of members in attendance, the energy and enthusiasm on display reflected the strength of our community and our shared commitment to making a difference. Guests had the opportunity to watch world-class athletes Anna Leigh Waters, Leigh Waters, and Hannah Blatt compete in a dynamic two-hour exhibition — all in support of an organization that has been serving families impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties for nearly 30 years. Thanks to the generosity of our members, we raised over $12,000, with 100% of admission proceeds donated directly to Alzheimer’s Community Care. Events like this highlight the powerful role clubs and communities can play in supporting meaningful causes. What an unforgettable night at Quail Ridge. This past Saturday, more than 700 members gathered for one final, enthusiastic celebration honoring our recently retired COO, Mr. William E (Bill) Langley CCM, CCE, CMAA Fellow. During the evening, Bill was presented with a Lifetime Ambassador Membership, recognizing his extraordinary service and impact. Bill’s 12-year tenure left a permanent mark on our community. A true leader, mentor, and thought partner, he helped shape a vision for Quail Ridge and guided the club through an $82 million renaissance which included a stunning new Clubhouse, two fully redesigned golf courses, and our award-winning Racquet Sports Center among many others. This year alone, the club earned multiple national quality awards including recognition from Golf, Inc, USTA, Platinum Clubs and Distinguished Clubs. Quite a testament to the standard he helped to establish! And as one great chapter closes, another begins. A special acknowledgment to our new COO, Mr. Robbie Ames, who has seamlessly stepped into the role with talent, humility, and a forward-thinking vision. The future is indeed bright.
