Readdle

Spent the last few days at the Apple Developer Workshop in Gdańsk, collaborating with the Apple team on real-world integration challenges around Siri AI, App Intents, and Xcode 27’s new agentic development capabilities. We exchanged ideas and shared our experience integrating these technologies into our products at Readdle. Special thanks to Emma Parkes for her guidance on Siri AI integration, and to Steven Woolcock for the invitation. I truly appreciate the thoughtful discussions and feedback from the Apple team.

3 years ago, I briefly met Rachita Saraogi from Sisterhood at my first noodle market with DELLI and we immediately connected over our shared love of food ❤️🔥 Fast forward 3 years, and I’ve joined Sisterhood as a mentor, as the founder of Yang’s Noods and a full-time Senior Creative at Readdle. Coming into this session, I was genuinely excited and energised to support my mentee, Mia Jones. Her fashion business idea has so much potential and could evolve in all kinds of directions. That might sound scary, because no one likes the unknown, but I actually find it incredibly exciting. I can’t wait to see where Mia takes it. When I started Yang's Noods, I had (and still have) a full-time job as a designer. I had no idea what I was doing or where it would take me. But I always knew I wanted, and had to pursue it, fuelled by my undying love for spicy noodles. Yang’s Noods has since pivoted and evolved into something that is still full of unknowns. Even though times are tough, joggling life, full time job and noodle business, I’m still incredibly proud of what I’ve built and how far I’ve come. One question that came up again and again during the programme was: “What piece of advice would you give to anyone just starting their business?” I found myself repeating the same answer: “Ride the wave, and enjoy it until it no longer serves you.” It’s something Aaron D'Costa from Ronny Pickling told me when I first started Yang’s Noods: just ride the wave. I think that’s exactly what I’ve been reminded of through this experience. I’m grateful to my mentee Mia for reminding me, as a founder, that I don’t have to know everything. That perhaps the most exciting part of building something is not knowing exactly where it will take you. I’m also grateful for all the incredible women mentors I’ve met along the way, and to Sisterhood Rachita Saraogi Rebecca Thomson for bringing us all together. Spent some time at DOU Day 2026 recently. Good event, the one speech I would highlight is the session by DevRain CEO Oleksandr Krakovetskyi, Ph.D.: "Deep Dive into LLM APIs, RAG, and Fine-Tuning."
