Founded in 2012 and led by Editor-in-Chief Ole Jakob Storebø (Professor of Psychology at the Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark and Head of the Center for Evidence-Based Psychiatry in Region Zealand, Denmark), SJCAPP is an international academic journal publishing research and practical insights in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychology. SJCAPP is indexed in DOAJ, PubMed, Web of Science, erih+, and other major databases. Its broad scope includes genetics and development, diagnosis and assessment, psychotherapy, pharmacological treatments, and professional training related to mental health in young people and entire families. The journal’s aim is to provide open access to high-quality, jargon-free papers, while fostering dialogue between clinicians and scholars. This month, we are exploring honey bee research. After looking at the biology of their queen and the possibility of bees travelling to space, we now turn to honey production. Could honey bees one day travel to space? Not on their own, but yes, science says it might be possible. The researchers believe that if humans one day settle on Mars, those insects could play an important role in pollinating plants.
