Updates

  • Support shows up in different ways across Reynolds Consumer Products, whether it’s in our plants, our offices or out in our communities.   Recently in South Boston, employees connected with local schools and first responders in meaningful ways, providing practice t-shirts for Halifax County Middle School soccer players, delivering goody bags to the Halifax County E911 Communications Center in recognition of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, and celebrating the Halifax County High School wrestling team following their district championship season.   In Huntersville, teams focused on both immediate needs and future opportunities, donating 159 pounds of food to Angels and Sparrows Community Table and welcoming 52 high school students for a plant tour and conversation with leaders about careers in manufacturing and engineering.   In Fairport, employees partnered with Home Start Hope to support families transitioning from homelessness to independent living. The team spent the day shopping for essential household items and delivering and organizing supplies to help families settle into their new homes, making an immediate and meaningful impact.   And our Corporate HR team came together with Feed My Starving Children, helping pack more than 31,000 meals to help provide essential nutrition to communities around the world.   Each of these moments reflects a shared commitment to showing up for the communities we’re part of. Way to go, teams! #RCPCares #CommunityImpact #GivingBack #ReynoldsConsumerProducts

  • We were absolutely delighted to receive this lovely handmade sign from the children supported by Fill a Heart 4 Kids. It now hangs proudly in our Lake Forest headquarters and serves as a daily reminder that behind every volunteer hour and every act of service are real kids, real families, and real impact. We’re honored to play a small part in supporting brighter futures in our community. #ReynoldsConsumerProducts #RCPCares

  • Every spring, a Reynolds Consumer Products tradition we look forward to is rolling up our sleeves with the Chicago Cubs to give back, and this past weekend didn’t disappoint. Together, we helped clean up the neighborhood around Wrigley Field, bringing our partnership to life in a hands‑on, meaningful way. With 150 RCP volunteers giving their time and energy, it was a great reminder of what’s possible when we come together to support the communities we’re part of…and we capped it all off with a Cubs win, which never hurts.😉 One of the most memorable moments of the day: Ryan Clark, President of Hefty® Tableware, took the mound for the first pitch, giving our RCP team plenty to cheer about. Great pitch, Ryan! Huge thanks to the Cubs organization for welcoming RCP back, continuing this annual cleanup tradition, and including us in special moments like the first pitch and the iconic “Play Ball” announcement. We’re proud to partner in ways that go beyond the ballpark and create real impact.   Hefty! Hefty! Hefty! Go Cubs Go! ⚾ #ReynoldsConsumerProducts #RCPCares

  • Zach Rice’s career is a powerful example of family legacy and long-term commitment to our facility in Red Bluff, California. He began his career with us on March 4, 1986, shortly after graduating from high school, continuing a multigenerational family connection built on pride in the work and the community it serves. Zach’s roots here run deep. Both of his parents worked at the Red Bluff facility, and his father retired as a foreman. Growing up around the plant and later working alongside family shaped Zach’s strong sense of responsibility, trust, and appreciation for the teams that keep things running safely and reliably. Those values have carried through his decades‑long career. Over the years, Zach has taken on a wide range of roles across operations, building deep knowledge and earning a reputation as someone willing to learn, adapt, and step in where needed. Today, as a Mold Change Operator, he brings that experience to support safe, efficient, and dependable operations—day in and day out. Zach’s career reflects the lasting impact of consistency, care for the work, and a family legacy that has been passed from one generation to the next. We’re grateful for the experience and commitment he continues to bring to our team and thank him for his many years of service!

  • At Reynolds Consumer Products, showing up for our communities isn’t a one-time moment; it’s a part of who we are. Supporting our communities is ingrained in our foundation, and our teams demonstrate that all year long. Recently, our OmniCx team spent time volunteering at Bernie's Book Bank, rolling up their sleeves to help make a real difference close to home. Together, they packed 11,280 books that will soon reach 1,410 kids across northern Illinois, opening the door to imagination, learning, and opportunity.  Huge thanks to the OmniCx team for bringing energy, heart, and purpose to this work, and for helping spread the joy of reading to so many kids. This is RCP at its best. #RCPCares #ReynoldsConsumerProducts #BerniesBookBank

  • COUNTERTOP CHAOS? FIXED. Say hello to Reynolds Kitchens® Countertop Prep Paper, a first-of-its-kind surface protector designed to help you prep more and clean less. Here’s why we’re obsessed: ✅ Expands your workspace with a generous 18” wide roll ✅ Lightly adheres to the surface (just dampen the counter and place shiny side down) so it stays put ✅ Protects from water, grease, and moisture—hello, stress-free sauces and sticky projects ✅ Fold it up and toss it. Cleanup is that simple, with no residue left behind To celebrate the launch, we’re teaming up with The Martha Stewart Podcast by iHeartRadio, including a special April contest featuring our Countertop Prep Paper and some of Martha’s Favorite Things. 👏 Huge congratulations to the Reynolds Kitchens teams who brought this fabulous innovation to life, turning a simple insight (“cleanup shouldn’t be the hardest part”) into a product that makes everyday moments easier. Reynolds Kitchens® Countertop Prep Paper is now available nationwide at Walmart (in-store and online), with rollout to Target, Amazon, and grocery retailers continuing throughout the summer. • We’re proud of the many ways our teams are showing up for the communities we call home. 💙 Recently, members of our Jacksonville East team volunteered with the Central Illinois Foodbank’s Healthy Food Distribution, helping provide fresh, nutritious food to individuals and families at a free community event. A big thank you to Zach Pappas and Brad Mullens for representing Reynolds Consumer Products with heart and purpose, lending a helping hand and sharing Hefty Slider® bags with community members throughout the day. We’re also grateful to Gina Doerr, HR Manager in Carrollton, Texas, who dedicated her time and expertise to support resume‑writing and interviewing workshops to help neighbors build confidence, develop new skills, and take the next step in their job‑seeking journey. This is what community engagement looks like at RCP: our people leading with care, taking action locally, and creating meaningful impact together. Way to go, Zach, Brad, and Gina—thank you for living our values and helping strengthen the communities we serve. #RCPCares #ReynoldsConsumerProducts
