We had the honor of welcoming Florida Department of Education Commissioner Anastasios Kamoutsas and Senior Chancellor Kevin O'Farrell to our St. Augustine site today! They got a firsthand look at our apprenticeship program — from a tour of our shops to getting hands-on time with our simulators and equipment. We also had the privilege of introducing them to program graduates Brian Proud and Jason Pope, whose stories are a powerful reminder of what this program makes possible. Ring Power Cat hosted customers today to allow them to demonstrate Caterpillar's new Ease of Use Technology on our 306, 308, and 310 mini excavators. One of the key technologies demonstrated was Cat Indicate with Laser Catcher, that provides a visual indication through the monitor - showing where the bucket is in relation to a target grade, and allowing operators of all skill levels to reach grade faster with improved precision and reduces the need for on-theground grade checking, creating a safer work environment.

Our Tampa Shop recently completed a full powertrain rebuild on this Cat D8T—restoring it to strong, reliable performance. The work included major component reconditioning across the engine, transmission, torque converter, and driveline, along with updates to hydraulic systems, pumps, and cylinders. The team also completed structural repairs, hose and harness replacements, cab and A/C work, and finished it off with a full sandblast and paint.
