Roberts, high standards and professionalism guide the second generation of the Roberts family in maintaining excellent long term relationships with their residents.   • Some people do not just work for a company. They help build it. Ernesto is one of those people. Seventeen years ago, he was the very first employee we hired as our family company began to grow beyond its original walls. He believed in what we were trying to create before there was much to show for it. He gave us his time, his trust, and his tireless work ethic when we needed it most. After 2,100 homes sold and countless families welcomed into our communities, Ernesto is closing his chapter as Vice President of Sales. It is hard to imagine Roberts Resorts & Communities without him, but we are deeply grateful for everything he has given us along the way. Now, a new season begins for him.
