  • This is a moment that brings our mission to life in a whole new way. On The Jennifer Hudson Show, we introduced our first-ever global spokesfamily: the McBrides. In an intentional decision to choose family over fame, Jules, Jevon, and Juliana are using their voices to represent the millions of families who turn to Ronald McDonald House each year. Their story is deeply personal, but it’s also universal. Every day, families around the world face the reality of having a child who is seriously ill or injured. And every day, we see the difference it makes when families can stay together. From a 105-day initial stay to the many returns that followed, the McBrides know what it means to have a place where families can stay close, stay supported, and stay strong. Over the next year, they’ll help us tell that story – amplifying the hope, strength, and resilience that define the families we serve around the world. Make sure to follow along as we share more from the McBrides in the year ahead! ❤️

  • After 105 days, the McBride family left Ronald McDonald House together. The strength and support they found at the House didn’t end when they walked out those doors. It came with them as they returned home as a family of three, stepping into a chapter marked by both meaningful progress and many unknowns. Watch Chapter 4 to see how they began to adjust to life at home, finding a new rhythm, facing what came next, while holding onto the community that would always be part of their story.

  • 105 days. For the McBride family, that meant months of uncertainty, long days in the hospital, and moments that tested everything. During that time, Ronald McDonald House became their anchor, providing their family with comfort, stability, and a community of support. Step into Chapter 3 to see how that support allowed them to stay close to each other, their daughter, and her medical care.

  • As it became clear that the McBrides wouldn’t be returning home any time soon, Ronald McDonald House became a source of comfort while allowing them to stay close to their daughter receiving medical care and surrounded by the support they needed. Watch Chapter 2 now and begin to see how Ronald McDonald House makes a difference for families when they need it most.

  • When an accident changed everything for the McBride family, Ronald McDonald House was there to help them stay close to what mattered most. What followed was the fight of their lives – carried by hope, resilience, and a community of support. This is just the beginning of the McBride family’s story. Watch Chapter 1 and follow along as we share all six chapters of their journey with Ronald McDonald House.

  • Every day across the Ronald McDonald House System, we see the essential role that emotional and social support—for the entire family—plays in a child’s healing journey. During Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminded that when a child is seriously ill or injured, the impact extends far beyond the hospital. Families face stress, uncertainty, and disruption to every part of daily life. Through a new partnership with Valvoline Inc., Ronald McDonald House is helping more families access the care they need. As the first partner dedicated to funding psychosocial support services, Valvoline is helping strengthen our holistic family-centered care model from therapeutic programming to sibling support and beyond. And from May 1–31, customers at select Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations across the U.S. can also support Ronald McDonald House families through a point-of-sale campaign, turning everyday moments into meaningful impact. We’re grateful to Valvoline for helping us expand what care looks like for families when they need it most. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/ePcQvCtr

  • Family is not a visitor, they stick around for the long haul. Family stays, and Ronald McDonald House stays with them. When a child is seriously ill or injured, a parent carries a strength they never knew they had. Inspired by a real letter from Karl, a dad who stayed at a Ronald McDonald House, this film, told through a father’s eyes, captures the quiet moments of courage, love, and hope that Ronald McDonald House provides for caregivers across their child’s medical journey. • At Ronald McDonald House, we know that for families with children who are ill or injured, a good night's rest makes a world of difference. That's why, today, on World Sleep Day, we’re grateful for our partners like Tempur Sealy International, whose support provides much-needed rest for the thousands of families staying at Ronald McDonald House programs across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia. This year alone, Tempur Sealy International is donating more than 1,300 mattresses to Ronald McDonald House Chapters across the U.S., helping ensure families can recharge to be present in their child's healthcare journey.
