Our team at Fort Lauderdale Heart & Rhythm Surgery Center performed its first Volt Pulse Field Ablation (PFA) procedure, making them the first ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in the country to use this new technology! Since opening in 2019, our center has completed over 2,400 cardiovascular procedures, demonstrating a sustained commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient safety. Volt PFA allows us to provide a safe and more efficient treatment option for patients with atrial fibrillation (AFib). We are incredibly proud of our team and their continued commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Our teammates participated in the MLK Day 5K Drum Run in Birmingham over the weekend! As part of our companywide day of service honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., all teammates were encouraged to serve their communities in meaningful ways. We’re honored to have sponsored an event that brings the community together to celebrate Dr. King’s legacy. ❤️

Innovation in action at our Louisville Surgery Center! Our team recently performed the first Altaviva implant procedure in the state of Kentucky. This device provides a less invasive solution to patients with overactive bladder symptoms. This accomplishment demonstrates our commitment to supporting our centers in delivering quality-driven, innovative care to patients. Join us in congratulating our team! 🎉

Meet Tina Wang one of our administrative residents! She discovered her passion for health care administration in high school, seeing it as the ideal way to combine her interests in business and health care. Through our admin residency program, Tina has gained valuable experience in areas such as finance, leadership communication and operational strategy. We’re committed to investing in the next generation of health care leaders. Our team dedicates time, mentorship and learning opportunities to ensure residents like Tina are equipped to pursue successful careers in health care administration. Our Nuestras Raíces Teammate Resource Group (TRG), in partnership with One World Surgery, recently went on a medical mission to the Dominican Republic! During the mission, they: • Delivered essential general and orthopedic surgeries for underserved populations • Launched clinical training sessions and a mentorship program • Led community outreach initiatives such as park cleanups and repairs We’re privileged to help transform lives by expanding access to surgical and primary care. Our TRGs are open to all teammates to reflect our commitment to inclusion, connection and professional development.

This holiday season, our Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) came together to support Wreaths Across America. Teammates across 11 states volunteered at their local armed forces cemeteries, laying wreaths to honor the service members who served our country. Our TRGs are open to all teammates and we're grateful for the opportunity to support our veterans and their families. ❤️

Our Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) joined forces to lead a charitable drive, providing support to 18 domestic violence shelters across the country. Through efforts across our centers, we donated hundreds of items to organizations that provide housing, counseling, and vital resources for those seeking safety and support. We’re grateful for the chance to give back to the communities we serve!

100 vein cases and counting! Morris County Surgical Center in New Jersey has reached an incredible milestone.
