SJH is Proud to Contribute to SR 400 Express Lanes Project Design SJH Engineering is proud to be part of the $4.6B SR 400 Express Lanes Project in Fulton and Forsyth Counties, Georgia, one of the largest active Public‑Private Partnership (P3) highway projects in the United States. Georgia Department of Transportation's project adds new tolled express lanes in both directions along a 16‑mile segment of the Georgia Express Lanes network. This transformative effort is being delivered by SR 400 Peach Partners, LLC, with a world‑class team bringing together global leaders in design, construction, financing, operations, maintenance, and tolling. The development team includes Acciona Concesiones S.L., Meridiam SR‑400, LLC, and ACS Infrastructure Development, Inc., with Acciona Construction USA Corp. and Dragados USA, Inc. serving as Lead Contractors, and Parsons Transportation Group Inc. (Parsons Corporation) as Lead Designer. SJH is contributing as a subconsultant to the Lead Designer for the delivery of this complex, high‑profile infrastructure investment. SJH is providing structural and civil engineering services for two bridges, including widening a 5-span bridge carrying SR 400 mainline and building a new culvert plus extension of an existing culvert crossing SR 400 mainline. This marks SJH’s second P3 project, following our work on the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Goethals Bridge Replacement, reinforcing our experience in supporting complex, alternative infrastructure delivery projects on the East Coast.
