Welcome to the Age of Agentic. As I shared with over 400 industry leaders at Skai's #ShopAble2026 in NYC today, the last thing anyone needs right now is more hype about AI. We're all feeling the pressure of more expectations and leaner teams, with the old demand to "do more with less" now compounded by a new one: Do MUCH more with MUCH less by using AI.
