Our Project SEARCH graduates and ceremony attendees displayed proud smiles and happy tears during a celebration to remember. We honored six incredible Project SEARCH graduates at Spartanburg Medical Center whose hard work and determination inspired teams across our system all year long. For more than a decade, this collaboration with Spartanburg County School District Six has helped create meaningful workforce development opportunities for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through immersive, hands-on experience across our healthcare system. Their journey is a powerful reminder of what can happen when people are given opportunities and a supportive community to encourage them. Congratulations to Jayla, Bryce, Ben, Shemar, Elijah and Candice. We are so proud of you! 🌟
