Honoring the Women Who Shape Our Lives and Leadership — From Our Owner As I write this, we’re nearly halfway through the year, and it’s gone by in a blink. Thank you all for staying the course through change and growth. Your resilience, trust, and belief in our vision and leadership have helped make so many dreams possible. This may not sound like a typical Mother’s Day message, but resilience and trust are exactly what motherhood is built on. Mothers carry the unseen work of raising a family — protecting, guiding, planning, and praying for their children every step of the way. Two seasons of motherhood especially stand out to me. The first is when children begin pushing boundaries. In those moments, mothers must stay strong, balancing love, discipline, safety, and growth, knowing their choices help shape the future. The second is when parenting shifts from raising children to letting them go. As sons and daughters step into adulthood, mothers hold their breath and trust they’ve prepared them well enough to succeed on their own. Motherhood is one of life’s greatest challenges and rewards, and it rarely comes with peace of mind. So to all the mothers who continue to stand strong through the hard moments and trust when it’s time to let go — I applaud you.
