Stayd is an operator-led collective of independent vacation rental management companies, built on a simple idea: the best operators in the industry get further together. Member brands keep their autonomy, their local identity, and the relationships they've built with owners and guests in their markets. What changes is everything behind the scenes. Operators plug into a shared tech stack, central support functions, group purchasing power, and a library of operational playbooks contributed by the best operators in the group. No single headquarters dictates how things get done. Instead, each brand brings its strongest practices to the table, and the whole collective gets sharper because of it. When one operator solves a problem well, every member benefits. The result is a model that gives independent operators the scale, leverage, and infrastructure of a national company, without losing what made their business worth joining in the first place.
