You will: • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients • Source aircraft globally for urgent + project cargo • Own the full charter lifecycle (quote → close → execution) • Negotiate with operators to maximize margin • Coordinate across operators, handlers, and logistics teams • Drive new business through outreach and relationships What matters: • 2+ years in cargo charter, freight forwarding, or aviation sales • Strong understanding of aircraft + cargo capabilities • Proven ability to win and close business • High urgency + strong communication skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment Big plus: • Existing book of business • Experience with outsize cargo, DG, or humanitarian ops What’s in it for you: • Competitive base + uncapped commission • High-growth environment • Exposure to global, complex cargo projects Let’s be honest: This isn’t for everyone.
