Small shifts in your interview questions can help showcase some of the soft skills that may be important to your team. Meet one of our newest Swooners: Sydney! Based in Chicago, IL, Sydney joined the Swoon team at the end of July as an Account Specialist supporting our KSA – Telecom division. In her day-to-day, she works closely with our contractors, guiding them through onboarding, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. When asked what drew her to Swoon, Sydney shared: “The hiring process was so smooth and informational, and I was really drawn to the opportunities for growth and Swoon’s supportive, inclusive culture.” Her favorite part so far? The people. She loves being part of a team where everyone’s voice is heard, and growth is encouraged. The daily laughs are a plus, too! And a fun fact? Sydney is obsessed with a good thriller – book, movie, or TV series – and she’ll try just about any food… as long as it doesn’t involve cilantro. Welcome to the flock, Sydney – we’re so happy to have you on our team!
