Lake Nona West is approaching its May 2026 debut, reflecting strong leasing momentum and continued demand for high-quality retail in Central Florida. Spanning 405,000 square feet and anchored by Target, the walkable destination will feature a curated mix of brands, including Drybar, Just Salad, Gloss Nail Co and Kilwins, each selected to support a more connected, convenient daily experience. “With Lake Nona among the region’s fastest-growing communities, demand for high-quality retail and dining has surged,” said Joanne Ling of Tavistock Development Company. “We’ve been intentional in creating a place that feels like an extension of daily life.” A public art program led by Cyn Santos from Chalk & Brush will introduce 30 murals across the property, complemented by shaded promenades, gathering spaces, and Mercedes-Benz High-Power EV charging. Through our partnership with O-Town Compost, everyday food scraps are transformed into nutrient-rich soil, supporting greener landscapes across the community. In just a few months, the program has already diverted thousands of pounds of food waste, helping keep more than 170,000 pounds out of landfills each year.
