TEAM Construction served as the General Contractor for the comprehensive renovation of approximately 4,000 hotel rooms and suites within the MGM Grand Tower, one of the most iconic and highly trafficked resorts in Las Vegas. The project also included upgrades to select common areas, back-of-house support spaces, and extensive improvements to integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Executing this large-scale renovation within a fully operational, 24/7 resort environment required meticulous planning, precise coordination, and a strong emphasis on guest experience. TEAM Construction developed and implemented a phased construction strategy that allowed the resort to maintain continuous operations while minimizing disruption to guests, staff, and ongoing hospitality services. Through proactive scheduling, detailed preconstruction planning, and strong subcontractor coordination, TEAM Construction successfully delivered the renovation on schedule while preserving the integrity of the guest experience. The result was a fully modernized tower that enhanced the property’s competitive position in the Las Vegas hospitality market without compromising ongoing resort operations.

Earlier this month, TEAM Construction hosted our third annual company retreat in Duck Creek, Utah. This event provides our TEAM family with an opportunity to step away from day-to-day operations, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the partnerships that contribute to our success. The retreat featured activities such as horseback riding, fishing, hiking, a cornhole tournament, and a raffle. Last week, TEAM Construction completed the final block of demolition for the MGM Grand Tower remodel. So far, we have remodeled and turned over 3,000 rooms, with 1,200 rooms remaining in the final block. We are proud of the incredible effort from our team of over 800 crew members. Their hard work and dedication are keeping this project on track and moving forward on schedule. To recognize their commitment, TEAM Construction and our partners at MGM Grand worked with In-N-Out Burger to provide a well-deserved meal for the entire tower crew. Moments like these highlight the power of TEAMwork and partnership, both on and off the job site. Together, we are building something special.

TEAM Construction is proud to announce the completion of a 8,200 square foot tenant improvement project for Peacock Alley and Hard Shake Lounge, located on the 23rd floor of the Waldorf Astoria. This sophisticated and upscale space features high-end finishes and meticulous detailing throughout. Working in a fully operational, high-profile hotel tower required precise logistical planning, strict access management, and a commitment to flawless execution. However, TEAM Construction thrives in challenging environments. Thanks to our experienced field team, trade partners, and careful execution, we maintained excellence throughout the entire process. This project provided another opportunity to fulfill our mission: Develop. Build. Deliver. We are honored to contribute to the hospitality legacy of the Waldorf Astoria and proud to bring elevated experiences to life.

TEAM Construction traded hard hats for baseball caps during our Spring Softball Game and BBQ, bringing the same energy to the field as we do to every project. More than just a game, it was an opportunity to connect, relax, and celebrate the people who make TEAM Construction a great place to work.
