Completely deserved promotion for Rick, happy to be able to continue to work with him to move TMB forward.
TMB is excited to announce the promotion of Mr. Rick Parker to be TMB’s Chief Operating Officer starting 1 January 2026. When informing TMB’s employees of this promotion, TMB’s Board Chairman and CEO, Dan Clague, noted that, “Now that TMB has come through the transition of our work for PEO IWS and PMS 377 and retained a large subcontractor role on those contracts, Rick is assuming responsibilities for overall management of all our client support in addition to the great leadership he has provided this past year throughout many areas of the company. There is no doubt Rick’s the right person to be our COO going forward into 2026 and beyond. “
