We're proud to honor Naomi Zaza, Marques Grimes and Marissa Rodriguez at recipients of The Edge Fitness Clubs 2025 Founder's Award. Naomi Zaza, recently promoted to Area Director in Training, is example of extreme ownership. In 2025, as the Sr. GM of Cranston, RI, she managed one of the hardest clubs to run, and made excellence repeatable. She loves her “kids” who are her employees, and sets an amazing example for the entire company. Marques Grimes is extremely competitive and inquisitive. He is always studying the why — and that curiosity turns into winning decisions. Over the past few years, his club has become one of the most successful clubs in our portfolio thanks to his leadership. Marissa Rodriguez is a pillar of joy at our West Hartford location, friendly and enthusiastic. She is consistent, dependable, and relentlessly positive while executing at a high level. We're lucky to have her in our corner. Congratulations Naomi, Marques and Marissa! We appreciate all you do for The Edge.

We're proud to honor Alonzo Craig, Ryan Weiss and Bob Hathaway as The Edge Fitness Clubs 2025 Founder's Award recipients. These are leaders in our clubs who helped carry this company through change, growth, and some really tough moments — and they deserve to be permanently recognized. When we first left the CT market, our goal was to make New Jersey just as great. What we never expected is that they didn’t just meet the standard, they exceeded it. Today, Alonzo Craig's clubs are some of the best run clubs in our portfolio, and it is because of his dedication and resilience to make sure those standards are high. Ryan Weiss has done so much for the company over the past few years, not to mention, just had his first daughter born a few months ago! Besides taking each club he oversaw to a new level, getting more clubs on top of that because of his success, all while teaching the Personal Training academy, Ryan is a no-frills," I am who I am because of my team" type of guy. We're very honored to have him on the team. Bob Hathaway was recently promoted to Regional Vice President of Operations, and in 2025 he ran three of the top seven clubs in our company. He oversees some of our biggest, toughest clubs. And the most important job of a coach is getting players to play hard for you — and his teams play extremely hard for him. He’s a leader of leaders and a mentor to many. Congratulations Alonzo, Ryan and Bob- we appreciate each and every one of you and your continued contributions to The Edge Fitness Clubs.
