Medicare Advantage plans received their Final Rate Notice for the 2027 plan year, and more than the numbers have changed. There’s a greater opportunity to invest more in members. With stronger than expected rates from Advance Notice, plans now have more flexibility to enhance their supplemental benefits offerings and improve the member experience. The most successful plans are already moving toward supplemental benefits models built for high impact. Strategies range from adding a digital wallet with a variety of benefits post-acute to enhancing the depth of their existing benefits.
