We’re excited to share our team’s top takeaways from the ISMPP (International Society for Medical Publication Professionals) 2026 Annual Meeting, centered on "The Integrated Era: Purpose, Partnerships, and Personalization." Across sessions and conversations, a few themes stood out clearly: the growing role of AI in scientific communications, the importance of integrated and narrative-driven publication strategies, and the need to design content that is both evidence-driven and discoverable in an increasingly digital ecosystem. We were also proud to see our colleagues contribute directly to the meeting’s scientific exchange. Emily Cullinan, PhD, CMPP and Amy Agbonbhase, PhD presented posters focused on advancing publication policy standards and understanding publication timelines, both sparking meaningful discussion on improving how research reaches practice. And a special congratulations to Meredith Rogers, MS, CMPP, recipient of the CMPP Award of Excellence, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the publications community. We’re sharing our full Top 10 Takeaways document to capture what resonated most with our team and how it will shape the way we think about scientific communication moving forward. We’d love to hear how others are approaching these challenges and opportunities. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to continue the conversation! #ISMPPAnnual #MedPubs #ScientificCommunications #PublicationsExcellence
