Sometimes the best product ideas do not come from a strategy meeting. They come from a kid with a pencil, paper, and a favorite player. Fan mail! A young fan sent us a drawing of his own custom TeenyMate, Brock Purdy, complete with red stripes, helmet details, black pants, silver accents, and the 49ers logo. That is the magic of this category. Our products are small, collectible, affordable, and fun, but the emotional connection is much more than the figure itself. They bring out creativity, team pride, and that inner child in both diehard fans and casual fans. We are building around that idea. Our next chapter is about connecting physical product, digital play, and digital interaction. It starts with QR codes on the pack. It drives fans to our new Party Animal Toys digital experience. It opens up new ways for kids, collectors, parents, and fans to engage, including contests, custom creations, fan submissions, and eventually the ability to build your own custom TeenyMate. This is still our alpha version, but the direction is clear. The future of licensed collectibles is not just about what sits on the shelf. It is about what fans can do with it after they take it home. This drawing says it all. A kid didn’t just collect the product. He imagined the next one. This is the flywheel we are building. This year, MLB TeenyMates + SqueezyMates are landing in stores ~8 weeks earlier than our historical timing, and that's not an accident. It's a direct result of the operational excellence work we've been driving at Party Animal.
