Okay, Turkey Trotters—let's talk strategy! With Thanksgiving just four days away and over 500 of you already registered, we want to make sure everyone has an AMAZING experience at our 16th Annual Turkey Trot. Here's your game plan for success: Pre-register online NOW – Seriously, do it right now. You'll save $5, skip the morning lines, and Thursday-morning-you will thank you for not having to stand in the cold to fill out a registration form. (HINT: have a friend coming from out of town? You can register them online now too!) Carpool with your crew – Parking is limited and we're expecting over 600 runners and walkers! Make it a carpool party and help us keep traffic flowing. There's some parking in the upper lot at Baker Park, with limited overflow at Fuller Funeral Home and Canandaigua Wine. Bundle up (but not too much!) – It's going to be chilly, but once you start moving, you'll warm up fast. Layer smart! (We do have handwarmers to give out to the first 300 people to arrive, but feel free to bring your own.) Costumes are also encouraged! Bring donations to share the love – Pack up non-perishable food and gently used winter coats and gloves for local families in need. We'll be bringing your donations to The Spot, Treasure Trove, and Community Clothes Closet this week. Your Turkey Trot just got even more meaningful- let's show our community what we can do together! This is more than a race—it's the perfect way to start Thanksgiving with your community, burn some pre-feast calories, and support an important cause. Let's make this year the best one yet!
