A lot of what keeps things running never really gets seen. It’s in the small steps, material handling, setup, and the in-between moments that can’t be skipped. That’s the kind of work we focus on at Tingue every day. #TextileIndustry #ManufacturingLife #IndustrialLaundry #QualityMatters

A lot of the real work happens in moments like this. Being present, talking things through, and making sure everything is set up to run properly. That’s something we take seriously at Tingue. Marc Dillon #TeamTingue #ManufacturingLife #BuiltForTheGrind #IndustrialLaundry

It usually starts with something simple. But the quality of that one piece can impact everything that comes after it, performance, consistency, and even downtime. That’s why we put so much care into what we provide at Tingue. #QualityMatters #ManufacturingLife #MadeToLast #TextileIndustry

Amazing work Cort Naab and Michael Dillon! It’s ready for years more work!
Spent last week in Anchorage working alongside Michael Dillon on a Super Sylon ironer move. We disassembled the ironer, loaded it onto a trailer, and moved it across town to another facility. From there, we rebuilt it and staged for final steam and electrical connections. All of this was done during operating hours. Moving and rebuilding a ~30,000 lb machine in active plants isn’t just about execution, it’s about doing it safely, with the right planning, controls, and communication to avoid disrupting production or creating risk for employees. This one was completed in four days without interruption to either operation. At Tingue, that level of consistency is what supports our laundry partners day in and day out. After wrapping up, we made it out to Matanuska Glacier for a few hours. Not a bad way to close out the week.
