Conference learning by day, Lumberjack Showdown by night! Big props to our two Tri-Valley teams who jumped into the Lumberjack Showdown at the annual MinnCAP conference in Bemidji, MN! Not only did they step way outside their comfort zones, but they did it for a great cause—supporting a high-energy fundraiser that gives back to the Community Action network. Moments like this remind us why we love what we do: working with teammates who aren’t afraid to try something new, dive in headfirst, and cheer each other on—while showing up and representing our agency like pros.

Held at The Sanford Center in Bemidji, MN, this year’s MinnCAP training conference—Finding Our True North: Charting the Course—brought community action professionals together to connect, learn, and recharge. Over three days, attendees took part in inspiring keynotes, hands on workshops, and meaningful networking focused on leadership, board governance, wellness, and organizational compliance.
