Despite long hours and dangerous road conditions, these individuals have played a critical role in partnering with us to ensure the health and safety of our community. We appreciate their shared dedication to patient care, no matter what challenges they may face. Thank you to our EMS crews for working tirelessly to help us treat patients in need. Our CEO, Nick, had the opportunity to “walk a mile” with her and was impressed with her skills and dedication to efficient operations. Our Walk a Mile program allows leaders to shadow different departments and learn about their daily duties. This helps leaders connect one-on-one with colleagues and address any needs or concerns. Dorcas' manager shared, “Dorcas continues to make a meaningful impact within our department by ensuring every surgical patient receives the highest quality instrumentation. She is a consistent top performer who raises the bar for excellence. Dorcas’ warm smile and positive attitude contribute greatly to making our Sterile Processing team the best in Nashville. 👋Meet Brittani, our new Director of Cardiology Services at TriStar Southern Hills! Brittani previously served as the Cath Lab Manager at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital. In addition, she has held various cath lab and cardiology positions for over ten years. Brittani shared, “I’m excited to step into the role of Director of Cardiology at Southern Hills because I’m joining an exceptional team of clinicians and leaders who are deeply committed to growth and innovation. The organization’s focus on delivering high quality, patient centered cardiology care across Middle Tennessee aligns perfectly with my own passion for advancing cardiovascular health. 🐻A huge shoutout to everyone who joined us at our TriStar Nolensville ER Teddy Bear Clinic on Saturday!🐻 Over 500 kiddos and parents learned what it’s like to help in an ER, tour our new facility, and meet our team. We loved seeing kids learn about healthcare in a fun, hands-on way—while giving their favorite stuffed friends a “check-up.”🚑 This event was truly special, and we’re so grateful for this incredible community!💙

🎓Congratulations to our newest Nurse Residency graduate, Anita, in our CCU!🎓 This is an incredible accomplishment, and we are proud to have her on our team! ⭐The HCA TriStar Nurse Residency was designed with a commitment to the development and training of the caregivers of the future. Our Nurse Residency Program (Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses) is a year-long program designed to give new registered nurses hands-on experience, helping establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills.
