We at Umoja Biopharma are beyond grateful to be named Colorado BioScience Association’s Company of the Year last night. Our CLIMB facility in Louisville has been a key part of our story since our founding in 2019, with a wide range of local Colorado talent helping to manufacture the drug product that is used across our full portfolio of in vivo CAR T cell programs. We are excited to announce the expansion of our collaboration with Nona Biosciences as we continue to build our internal pipeline of in vivo CAR T cell therapies.

We are excited to announce this morning that our investigational CD19 in vivo CAR T cell therapy UB-VV111 has received FDA Fast Track designation for the treatment of relapsed/refractory Large B-cell Lymphoma and relapsed/refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. This represents the industry's first in vivo CAR T cell therapy to achieve this milestone, reflecting our aspirations of expanding access and effectiveness of CAR T cell therapies for patients in need. This week, we are also proud to share that Umoja has been named one of Fierce Biotech's 2025 #Fierce15 companies. We recently spoke with the team at Fierce and reiterated what we think makes Umoja special: the combination of industry-leading clinical programs and science with our ability to rapidly translate that work into our wholly-owned manufacturing site in Colorado. It's this integration from discovery to delivery that drives our clinical programs forward, all with the mission to hopefully bring life-saving in vivo CAR T cell therapies to more patients.
