This weekend, one of our own had the privilege of witnessing history by attending the commissioning of the USS Cleveland (LCS-31) and captured these incredible moments dockside. We are proud to share a small glimpse of the festivities from the Navy band and the formal ceremonies to the electrifying moment the crew was called to man the ship for the very first time. Congratulations to the crew of the USS Cleveland and everyone who brought her to life! ⚓️🇺🇸

Our team at the Sea-Air-Space Expo had the opportunity to observe the United States Department of the Navy's and U.S. Coast Guard’s shipbuilding panel moderated by Mr. Christopher Miller—and one theme came through loud and clear: this is a pivotal moment in shipbuilding—and business as usual won't cut it. We must charge on with urgency, with unity, and unwavering commitment to the warfighters who depend on us. That’s where LINK comes in. We #partner with futurists and engineers who don’t just stay in their lanes—they redraw them. Our teams are built for versatility, stepping into complex environments where the problems are undefined and the stakes are high. Tired of the same old story? We don’t repeat it. Tough problem? We don’t scare easy. Overwhelming challenge? We break it down, then rebuild it smarter. In conversations around shipbuilding and the industrial base, resilience isn’t just about capacity—it’s about adaptability. It’s about creative problem solving across disciplines, and the willingness to challenge legacy thinking to meet demands. “Never heard of her” doesn’t exist here. Neither does “that’s how it’s always been done.” If the mission is to sustain advantage in a contested environment, then the approach must evolve just as fast. And we’re ready to build what’s next together. Amber Stein Kari Wilkinson Ben Bordelon George Whittier

35 million viewers. One shot. How do you simplify complex information for instant clarity? Product and Data Visualization Designer, Jenny Goldstick, answered exactly that at our recent lunch and learn as she walked us through the fascinating (and surprisingly intricate) process of designing for high-pressure environments like broadcast news, and how those principles translate to real-time digital experiences. From designing for urgency and scale to making complex systems instantly understandable, it was a masterclass in clear communication under pressure. Thank you Jenny! Our team walked away with a whole new perspective and slightly elevated heart rates! #informationdesign #informationgraphics #professionaldevelopment #designthinking #continuingeducation #WeAreLINK #JoinTheJoy #PartnersInChange #TeamLINK

I used to think that a new job and organization couldn't possibly exceed where I was. Along came LINK to prove me wrong in the best possible way. This place is truly special - not just for creatives, but for people looking to make a leap forward in their careers. Open-mindedness and adaptability are building blocks of our #culture, and something I relish every day. If you're a former colleague or friend, someone who's ready to take a leap forward in your career, or desire to dive deep into design alongside creatives and world-class humans, take a look at open positions here: https://lnkd.in/gkqw-9EB Onward!

A few days in Vegas with the whole team, and it was exactly what we needed. Connection. Strategy and planning. Fun. Team building. Recognition for the people who make LINK special and make us such unique partners for our clients. Every activity was chosen with intention—from the reception that kicked things off to our annual 5K, open conversations about where we're headed, a scavenger hunt at Omega Mart that put our skills to the test, and learning from Alberto Cairo that left us inspired. We closed with the LINK Mates Awards, peer-voted recognition that reminds us of the talented, amazing humans we get to work with every day. This is how we stay aligned, connected, and growing together. #LINKRetreat2026 #CompanyRetreat #VegasRetreat

The LINK company retreat was an incredibly positive and energizing experience, bringing the entire team together in a way that felt both meaningful and motivating. From the very beginning, everyone created an atmosphere of inclusion and support that immediately set the tone for the event. One of the most impactful moments was Rachel Link's state of LINK discussion, which offered a clear and inspiring perspective on the company’s success and future growth. Her transparency, vision, and confidence in the team reinforced a shared sense of purpose and pride, leaving everyone feeling aligned, valued, and excited for what lies ahead. I am truly grateful to the entire team for creating such an incredible experience. I had a blast and cannot wait for next year's retreat! #LINK #UseInkToThink #LINKMate #LINKRETREAT2026

I've been in the defense industry for more than 15 years. I've seen a lot of teams, cultures, and "we're different here" promises. LINK is actually different. Infectious creativity. Relentless curiosity. And the problems we get to solve? The messy kind, where nothing is fully defined, the stakeholders don't always agree, and the stakes are high. The kind where you walk into the room and help people find the signal in the noise. If that sounds like your kind of day, come make *waves* with us in #SanDiego. Information Designers, Strategists. Clearance preferred but not the whole story. A year ago, I listened to several LINK colleagues give speeches after winning “LINKmate of the Year” awards. I remember being struck by how emotional their remarks were, not just with professional pride, but sentiment that only comes from being able to show up at work as your true self. This past Thursday, my colleagues and leadership honored me with the “Pride in the Work” award for superior work quality, and I had the opportunity to give my own emotional remarks. As someone who cares very deeply about showing up every day to produce excellence and create a psychologically safe work environment, it meant the world to receive this recognition from my immeasurably talented peers. To LINKmates near and far, I’m truly grateful for you *all*. A special thank you to: Lawson Parker Sivertson, Rachel Link, Adrienne Betenbaugh, Kimberly N. T.
