For the 11th time, Orlando is Cvent’s #1 Top Meeting Destination in North America. This milestone reflects what sets Orlando apart — a welcoming destination, world‑class venues and the ability to deliver meetings of every size, year after year. That momentum extends across our hotel community as well. Fourteen Orlando‑area convention hotels and resorts were recognized among Cvent’s Top Meeting Hotels in North America, with 10 in the Top 100. We are grateful to the partners who make Orlando the top choice for meetings and events, the planners who continue to choose Orlando, and the collaboration that keeps raising the bar. 👉 Read the full announcement: https://lnkd.in/eum8XZDN #UnbelievablyReal #CventTopDestinations #OrlandoMeetings

Orlando has been selected as one of just four major global cities to host the Olympic Q Series 2028 — the only international Olympic multisport qualifier of the LA28 Summer Olympic Games — alongside Tokyo, Shanghai and Montreal. The series will take place May–June 2028 and feature elite international competition in 3x3 basketball, beach volleyball, BMX freestyle, climbing, flag football and skateboarding. This is a powerful example of what’s possible when our community comes together with a shared vision. Orlando is built to host global events of this scale, and we look forward to working alongside our partners to create an experience that draws visitors for the excitement of the competition and encourages them to explore everything our destination has to offer. Looking ahead, April through June hotel demand is pacing slightly ahead of last year, with flight search volume for Orlando also trending higher.
