    I’m a big believer in the fact that you can’t pour from an empty cup. For me, wellbeing isn’t just a hobby or a work project, it’s the foundation of how I decide to show up every day. Whether it’s morning yoga & stretching, a CrossFit workout or choosing a clean fuel for my body, these habits shaped me into a more resilient, focused and disciplined human. I’m firm on practicing what I preach and also being involved in projects that I find meaningful. Working around the wellbeing space is rewarding, but living it personally is what gives the work even more meaning. Huge thanks to Wellhub for the fresh gear! It’s more than just merch, it’s a reminder to keep spreading movement, good habits and mindful living to everyone around me. Keep moving!
