We’re live on the floor at the National Restaurant Association show! Our team has already talked one-on-one with hundreds of operators to hear their thoughts on Wing drone delivery. Here are a few of our key takeaways: 🪽 The scale is catching people by surprise. Most operators are shocked to hear that Wing has already completed well over a million commercial deliveries directly to homes. Once they realize the infrastructure is already built, the question immediately shifts to: "When are you coming to our market?" 🪽 Packaging is a big talking point. Operators are curious about what a drone can carry. Seeing the packaging in person and understanding how it keeps meals hot, fresh, and upright creates a real lightbulb moment. 🪽 People are ready to move. The mindset on the floor is incredibly proactive. Restaurant leaders don't see a novelty, they immediately begin looking for ways to integrate drone delivery into their long-term strategy. We keep hearing variations of "when can I start?" 🪽 It always comes back to the guest. Ultimately, operators prioritize the customer experience above everything else. They want a delivery channel that actually protects their brand and the integrity of their food, and they see how our system does exactly that. If you’re at the show, come by the Wing booth (#7072) to see the technology in person and chat with the team. If you aren't here this week, visit wing.com/solutions to learn more!

This International Drone Day, we’re shifting the focus from the potential of drone delivery to the reality of scaling our partnerships. Seeing 12 commercial delivery aircraft at our service hub in Dallas fit onto a single pallet is proof of a system centered on commercial scale. For Wing, scalability is a design principle that has dictated how we build not only our aircraft but our entire system. By prioritizing simplicity and safety, we’ve ensured that our service, from lightweight aircraft to modular ground infrastructure, and intelligent network software, is built for rapid deployment. Cheers to the momentum across the commercial drone industry! #InternationalDroneDay #TechLeadership #AviationHistory #Wing

What happens when you solve the engineering challenge, but the world isn’t quite ready for the solution? In his latest TEDx talk, "When the tech is ready before the market is," Wing CEO Adam Woodworth explores the unique challenge of scaling drone delivery. It’s no longer about whether a drone can deliver a package—it’s about how we integrate that capability into the fabric of daily commerce. At Wing, we’ve shifted from being a "drone company" to a "delivery company," focused on making aviation a ubiquitous, unremarkable utility. 🛒 Watch Adam’s full session on bridging the gap between innovation and adoption: https://lnkd.in/gJzYPjKh TED Conferences #FutureOfLogistics #InnovationStrategy #Wing #DroneDelivery #TechLeadership
