Anthony Pawlik is back at Yellow Tree! After several years in Florida and most recently serving in a third-party lease-up leadership role, Anthony returns at a pivotal moment in our growth. With more than 50 lease-ups led throughout his career, Anthony has built a reputation for elevating leasing and marketing performance through strategy, storytelling, and disciplined execution. “In my 30 years in property management, I have never met a stronger leasing professional than Anthony,” said Don Brown, President of Yellow Tree. As our development pipeline continues to expand, Anthony will now spearhead all future Yellow Tree lease-ups, while also providing strategic support to our stabilized portfolio and broader marketing efforts. We have significant initiatives on the horizon, and Anthony will play a key role in shaping what comes next. Welcome home, Anthony!

Our End of Year Award spotlight continues. Next up is Excellence in Leasing. This year’s award goes to Jake Fahrendorff, Property Manager at Alexander and Odie Apartments. Working across multiple properties means wearing multiple hats and Jake does it exceptionally well. His leasing expertise has translated directly into strong property performance, including record breaking renewal rates and impressive new lease activity.
