Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key supportive member of the Bright US team working across 2-3 of Bright Partnerships' most high-profile global sponsorship accounts. This role will support on a variety of partnership deliverables, including partnership asset management & activation, content production, event & hospitality delivery, brand experience and guest management, and administrative support.
The candidate should be excited to work in the sponsorship space, be brimming with ideas, grounded in smart strategic & practical thinking, highly organized, team-spirited and keen to deliver results.
The position is based in New York and will involve some travel often on weekends.
Specific Responsibilities
Support the team across multiple high-profile global sponsorship and partnership accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence
Assist the account lead with the organization of event logistics, including hotel management, venue research, transport coordination, guest data collection, as well as supplier briefing, onboarding, invoicing, and financial management
Support guest communication, including copy proofreading, revisions, and distribution, ensuring all communications are accurate and timely
Manage event gifting and branded merchandise, including inventory storage, tracking, and transportation
Brief the creative studio to develop communication tools, campaign artwork, and sponsorship assets; review materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Support the account lead in the delivery of content shoots, working closely with talent and production partners to ensure objectives are met
Prepare and present content and quarterly updates to internal teams and global markets
Provide on-site support for shoots and event management, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences
Assist with content and social media projects, including writing content briefs and reviewing footage and imagery
Attend regular team meetings, take notes, and take ownership of updating internal documents and project trackers in a timely manner
Support project tracking and reporting, managing core project documents such as budgets, status reports, post-event materials, and feedback, in collaboration with the wider team
Contribute new ideas and innovative thinking to add value to the wider team and agency
Requirements
Ability to multi-task and manage several workstreams and projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to a broad range of internal, external, and client-led stakeholders
Proactive, problem-solving mindset, identifying opportunities to improve and evolve current plans and processes
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Strong team spirit, with a passion for inclusivity and collaboration, alongside the ability to work independently when required
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and precision in asset tracking and partnership delivery
Experience in sports and/or luxury hospitality is beneficial
Experience in on-site events and VIP guest management is a plus
Ability to prioritise effectively, remain flexible, and work under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, and to travel internationally; knowledge of at least one foreign language is preferred
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project
Physical ability to lift/move materials (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods at indoor and outdoor events
