We are looking for a driven, high-energy, and customer-service-oriented individual who can collaborate
effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities include problem-solving, recommending solutions, and helping the team meet monthly and quarterly KPIs
Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with advertisers to ensure timely follow-ups and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt.
Dispute Resolution: Investigating, documenting, and resolving customer billing disputes efficiently.
Collections Enhancement: Driving process improvements to maximize team potential and meet monthly cash collection goals to improve Free Cash Flow.
Reporting: Generating weekly aging reports with collection comments for management review.
Billing Support: Assisting with the evaluation, reconciliation, and issuance of monthly invoices.
Administrative Tasks: Processing vendor setup forms and managing invoice uploads to third-party platforms such as Ariba and Coupa.
Compliance: Supporting SOX initiatives and preparing schedules for external audits.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have over five years+ of heavy cash collections experience.
5+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable, with emphasis on collections.
Strong background in cash collections and dispute resolution.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all
organizational levels.
A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Netsuite or a similar ERP system.
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
