As an administrative assistant associate on our House Counsel Legal team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Your primary focus will be the processing of steadily incoming electronic and physical mail – which will include scanning and storing electronic copies of sensitive legal documents typically crucial to legal cases. Often dealing with tight deadlines, sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills will be useful while handling administrative tasks and requests from attorneys or clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow your expertise in a law office, this might be the perfect place for you.
Must-have Qualifications
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher
Preferred Skills
Ability to operate a PC with a strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
The ability to multi-task and work under direct supervision
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to assist with various tasks
Compensation
$20.10-$21.50/hr.
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
Location
This is a hybrid position. You'll be working from home two days a week. During the ten weeks of training and onboarding: the first six weeks are with two days a week in the office, following with four weeks of one day a week in the office. In addition, travel to the office may be required for meetings and/or trainings based on business need.
Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of the Plymouth Meeting, PA office.
