We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistantat EAPC! EAPC is an award-winning, full-service design and consulting firm.
As a part-time Administrative Assistant at EAPC, you will:
Support daily office operations including phones, visitors, scheduling, and office supplies
Manage calendars for staff, meetings, travel, office vehicles, and external visitors using Outlook and Teams
Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, and internal events
Reconcile P-card receipts and submit expense documentation to Accounting
Perform data entry and tracking for projects, contracts, licensure, and internal systems
Assist with contract administration, including AIA documents and subcontracts
Manage mail, shipping, proposals, and sample returns
Track company vehicle scheduling, mileage, and maintenance
Provide general administrative and clerical support and promote a positive, collaborative office environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency required
Administrative or assistant experience preferred
Proficiency with computers and MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a productive team member
Must be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship
This part-time role is ideally suited to a 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday schedulewith a 30-minute lunch, though scheduling flexibility is available. Weekly hours will range between 24 and 29 hours. This is a non-benefitted position that will report directly to the Office Manager.
Wage Range: $23-28/hr. The listed pay range represents the company's good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of the posting. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment.
