ACI is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced Administrative Manager to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.
Responsibilities
As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for working with program leadership to ensure successful execution of daily operations tasks. Additionally, you will:
Perform various manpower functions including assessing, analyzing, developing, and advising on manpower program and functions.
Review and implement command plans, concept plans, manpower surveys, Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Table 30, manpower reports, and civilian, contractor and matrix personnel manpower management and execution.
Supervise and support administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and performance evaluations
Developing and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and compliance
Supervise the records management processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
