The Opportunity

We are hiring an Assembly Manager to lead execution on our production floor across:

• Switchboard assembly
• Panelboard assembly
• Wiring and electrical builds
• EV infrastructure assembly

This role is focused on execution and performance, working in close partnership with our Master Scheduler to ensure production plans translate into real results.

Compensation

• $110,000 – $145,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonus tied to operational KPIs

• Execution of production schedules and on-time delivery
• Leadership of assembly teams and shop floor operations
• Real-time management of constraints, labor, and bottlenecks
• Cross-functional coordination with engineering, supply chain, and project management
• Continuous improvement across production
• Quality, safety, and performance standards
