We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Assistant Director of Sales to support our community’s sales efforts and help drive occupancy growth. In this key role, you will work closely with the Director of Sales to build relationships, manage leads, conduct tours, and provide prospective residents and families with an exceptional first impression of our community.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience in senior living, healthcare, or related fields who is ready to grow into a leadership sales role.

Job Details:
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay: $65,000 per year + bonus plan
Location: Hayden Grove Bloomington
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director of Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies.
Assist in building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
Conduct tours and presentations to highlight community amenities and services.
Support follow-up efforts with leads and inquiries to ensure timely communication.
Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and move-ins.
Provide administrative support for sales activities, reporting, and marketing events.
Collaborate with community leadership and staff to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
Qualifications:
1 year Senior Living sales required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Goal-oriented mindset, motivated by results and professional growth.
Team player eager to learn and contribute to a mission-driven environment.
