What You’ll Do
Lead and manage actuarial projects from initial analysis through final delivery
Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting using Excel and R
Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Partner directly with clients, brokers, auditors, and cross-functional teams
Mentor junior actuarial staff and review technical work products
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Develop documentation for models, methodologies, and data processes
Contribute to business development efforts, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of actuarial experience in areas such as pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, ERM, or reinsurance
ACAS designation with continued progress toward FCAS preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced expertise in R
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
