We're looking for a rare hybrid talent who can translate our founder's vision into stunning visual stories across all touchpoints. You'll be the creative engine behind our brand, equally comfortable art directing a shoot, editing video in-house, and crafting our social presence with an editor's eye for taste.
What you'll do:
You'll own the creative execution from concept to publish. That means producing and managing shoots (coordinating talent, locations, shot lists), doing hands-on creative work when needed (photography, video editing, graphic design), and running our social channels with a curatorial, mood board-driven approach. You're the bridge between our founder's creative vision and what the world sees: translating brand direction into cohesive, scroll-stopping content that feels effortlessly cool and design-forward.
You are:
Someone who lives at the intersection of creative direction and production. You have strong art direction chops and can communicate a clear creative vision to collaborators, but you're not precious (you'll jump into Premiere or Photoshop to get it right). You understand social media not just as a posting platform but as a visual medium with its own language and rhythm. You know how to build a feed that feels like a carefully curated gallery, where every post contributes to an unmistakable aesthetic point of view.
Requirements
4-7 years experience in creative roles spanning production, art direction, and social
Portfolio demonstrating cohesive visual storytelling across mediums
Hands-on proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Deep fluency in social platforms, trends, and what makes design-conscious audiences engage
Experience managing shoots from pre-production through post
Impeccable taste and the judgment to know when to push boundaries vs. stay on-brand
A sense for the tradeoffs between premium content and content that performs well
This role is for someone who doesn't fit neatly into one box.
